Planned wallet, not an active payment offer

The website is a preview. Top-ups, paid calls, settlement, and wallet safeguards described here are planned; do not treat example balances or rates as a payment confirmation. Final payment and wallet terms must be approved and shown before accepting money.

Rate and minimum balance

The launch design uses a host-set per-minute rate with a general-lane floor of ₹20/minute; the women-only lane may have a separate floor. The chosen host's actual rate must be shown before a call. A caller needs at least two minutes of balance at that rate to start.

When charges start

Billing starts only when host and caller are connected, not while a phone rings or the host decides. Launch billing is per started minute: for example, 61 connected seconds at ₹20/minute costs ₹40. Declines, timeouts before connection, and failed bridges cost nothing.

The planned maximum duration is the number of whole minutes the available balance buys, capped at 60 minutes per call. A warning is planned 60 seconds before this limit, followed by automatic disconnection at the limit. These controls require backend implementation and testing.

Settlement and host earnings

Each call is intended to settle once against its connection and end records. The planned platform share per minute is ₹2 plus 40% of the amount above ₹2. At ₹20/minute, this is ₹9.20 for the platform and ₹10.80 for the host. The specification includes 18% GST within the platform share; final tax treatment and receipts require review before launch.

Host earnings and caller prepaid balances are separate records. Top-up methods, payout eligibility and timing, expiry, promotional credits, and unused-balance withdrawal or refund conditions are not finalised by this preview.

Ended calls, restrictions, and disputes

A host block or moderation cut bills connected time under the same started-minute rule; it does not itself forfeit unused balance. The specification proposes forfeiture only after a ban based on three confirmed strikes. That proposal remains subject to legal review and a complaint process, not an automatic right asserted by this preview.

See refunds and billing disputes for missing credits or incorrect charges, and grievance redressal for review of account restrictions.
