Adults only
You must be at least 18 to call or host on Hello Fraands. An adult must not let a child use their account.
How age is checked
Everyone declares their age at sign-up. Hosts complete Aadhaar verification and video KYC. Callers may need Aadhaar verification once their top-ups reach the verification threshold shown in the payment flow. Do not use another person's details.
If we find a minor
We close the account and return its remaining wallet balance to the original payment source. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and process that refund safely.
If you believe a user is under 18, report the profile or call. Do not ask them to send you identity documents. See our privacy policy for how verification results are handled.
