Hello Fraands

Host rules

Call lena aapki marzi hai; hadon ka dhyaan rakhein.

Last updated: {{DATE}}

Preview: these rules explain the planned calling flow. The keypad, dashboard and WhatsApp controls below are planned, not active preview tools.

Choose whether to take each call

The host's phone will ring first. A private announcement will give the caller's handle, how many times they have called you before, and your saved caller note if you have one. Press 1 to accept or 2 to decline. No input within 10 seconds is a decline. The caller is dialled only after you accept; declined or unconnected calls are not billed to the caller.

Set yourself online only when you want calls. You may decline or end a conversation without explaining why. Do not stay on an uncomfortable call to earn more minutes.

Keep every call respectful

  • No sexual or suggestive talk, abuse, threats or harassment.
  • Do not ask for or share phone numbers, social accounts, addresses or meetings.
  • Do not sell products, services or paid remedies, or solicit money.
  • No medical, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • Astrology is for reflection and entertainment. Never promise an outcome.

In the women-only lane, respectful discussion of periods, PCOS, pregnancy and other health experiences is welcome. Do not mistake ordinary health vocabulary for sexual misconduct. The same consent and anti-harassment boundaries apply.

Know the two planned keypad controls

  • * — end: ends the connected call. Use this when you simply need to leave.
  • # — end, block and flag: ends the call, blocks this caller from calling you again and creates an incident for review. A pending incident is not a confirmed strike.

These keys are for the host's phone during the connected call. Either participant can also hang up normally. After a call, the planned host WhatsApp message shows duration and earnings: reply 1 to block, 2 to report, or 3 to tag. The dashboard is planned to offer the same actions. Do not put sensitive personal details in caller notes.

Distress is not misconduct

If someone mentions self-harm, use the crisis script to direct them to appropriate support. Do not use the # end-and-block key solely because they are distressed. Such mentions are for welfare review only and must never earn a strike. Do not promise emergency dispatch or a response from the platform.

Recording and review

The plan records every connected call with spoken notices to both participants before connection. Decline if you do not agree. Do not make your own recording. Every recording is planned for automated post-call review, with staff reviewing flags; live monitoring is a later phase. Read Recording & consent.

Account action

Host enforcement and earnings terms remain under review in the host agreement; this preview does not promise a warning sequence or automatic loss of host earnings. See Grievance redressal for the published route to raise a concern.
