Paid calls and refunds are not offered through this preview. This page explains the planned billing corrections and what remains to be decided before launch. It does not promise an automatic refund or a payment-processing deadline.

No connection means no call charge

Under the planned billing rule, a host decline, acceptance timeout, or failed bridge is not billable. Billing starts only when both parties connect. If a future statement charges for a call that never connected, that is a billing issue to investigate against the call records.

Connected, dropped, or ended calls

The proposed launch bills each started minute of connected time, including when either participant hangs up, a host blocks the caller, or moderation ends the call. For example, 61 connected seconds uses two billable minutes. A dropped call does not automatically make all connected time free; incorrect duration or duplicate settlement should be reviewed.

A host block or moderation cut does not itself forfeit unused balance. Proposed consequences of a confirmed ban are described in the wallet terms and require final review.

Unused balance and payment refunds

Eligibility for an unused-balance refund on account closure, refund destination, tax treatment, promotional-credit exclusions, and processing times must be settled and disclosed before top-ups launch. This preview does not promise a 7–10 day refund, automatic dropped-call credit, or a GST deduction.

Information for a billing query

When support opens, provide the call ID, date and time, disputed amount, transaction reference, and a brief explanation. Keep your receipt. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, Aadhaar number, or full card details. Report promptly so the relevant records can be located; this draft imposes no 48-hour cutoff on complaints or legal rights.
