Planned deletion process
The website is a preview. Account deletion and identity-verification workflows are not established by this page. A working request route and final retention notice must be published before the calling service launches.
Requesting deletion
The proposed contact is {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}, which is still a placeholder. Once the service is available, a request should identify the account using its registered contact details. Identity must be verified before deletion. Never email an OTP, Aadhaar number, or KYC document image.
What the process is intended to remove
The intended process closes access, removes the public profile, and deletes personal information no longer needed. It must also address recordings, transcripts, moderation excerpts and clips, host tags, reports, and service-message records according to the final retention policy. This preview does not promise immediate deletion or an operational dashboard deletion button.
Any unused balance must be handled under the final refund terms. Deletion alone does not establish refund eligibility or timing.
Records that may remain
The backend plan starts with 30 days for audio and at least 180 days for call metadata. These are design settings awaiting a final retention policy and legal review. Payment records, unresolved disputes, and lawful preservation requests may require different treatment. Any retained records should have restricted access and must not keep a deleted profile publicly active.
The planned ban mechanism retains a phone-number restriction to prevent re-registration after three confirmed strikes. Its retention and handling of deletion requests must be resolved before launch. The application design stores KYC result flags and provider references, not Aadhaar numbers or document images; providers' own retention also needs to be explained.
Confirmation and review
The final process must tell you when a verified request can be completed and identify any retained records and the reason for retention. No completion or response deadline is promised by this preview. Read the privacy policy and grievance process for the proposed framework.
