Preview: these guidelines describe the planned calling service. Calling, reports, strike enforcement and automated moderation are not active just because they are described here.

What is welcome

Adults aged 18 or older can talk, vent, find company or discuss a shared interest. Astrology and tarot are for reflection and entertainment, with no promised outcomes. Respect a person's decision to decline, end or change the topic.

In the women-only lane, everyday health experiences are a normal topic. Discussing periods, PCOS or pregnancy is not in itself sexual misconduct. Harassment is still reportable. Hosts must not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

What is not allowed

  • Sexual or suggestive talk, abuse, threats, harassment or coercion.
  • Asking for or sharing phone numbers, social accounts, addresses or private contact details.
  • Asking for money, selling services or remedies, or arranging meetings.
  • Impersonation, false qualifications, or professional medical, legal or financial advice.
  • Using the service under 18, sharing another person's private information or making your own recording of them.

How planned reports and strikes work

Hosts will be able to end a call with *, or use # to end, block the caller from that host and flag an incident. A block stops future contact with that host; it does not by itself prove misconduct or permanently ban an account.

At launch, every recording is planned to go through automated post-call review. Flagged content goes to an administrator for review. A flag or report is pending until reviewed; AI does not independently decide a permanent ban. Mentions of self-harm go to welfare review and must never count as a strike.

The proposed caller policy is a ban after three confirmed strikes. Blocking by three distinct hosts is planned to freeze the caller account pending review; two calls ended with the host's # key within 24 hours are planned to trigger a 24-hour suspension. These are planned controls, not a guarantee that harm will be detected.

The specification also proposes forfeiting a banned caller's remaining wallet balance and blocking re-registration with that phone number. Wallet forfeiture remains under legal review; it is not a live preview penalty. Ending a call or making a report alone does not forfeit the wallet. Connected usage remains billable under the planned wallet terms.

Live moderation comes later

A later phase proposes an automated warning for a first sexual or abusive detection, then ending the call after a second detection in the same call and sending a pending incident for review. Do not wait for an automated warning before hanging up.

Hosts also follow the host rules. See Report a user for reporting availability and grievance redressal for the published route to challenge account action. No response time or outcome is promised by this preview.
