Your ritual video
Our crew films the ritual at the temple and streams it live whenever the mountain network allows. When it ends, the complete video is emailed to you to download. It is also kept under My events, ready to download at any time.
If snow, a landslide or heavy rain takes the network down, the video can take longer. We tell you on WhatsApp and by email, and upload it as soon as our crew is back at the studio.
On the day, you may light a lamp at home and sit quietly at the scheduled time — the sankalp is said at the altar for every devotee whether or not you are watching.
What each ritual status means
Every page, checkout included, reads the ritual’s status from the same clock:
Upcoming — the scheduled start has not arrived yet.
In progress — the temple’s pujari is performing the ritual now.
Completed — the ritual has finished; your video will follow by email.
Cancelled — the ritual did not go ahead; request your full refund with your UPI transaction number.
Booking stays open for roughly 15 minutes after the scheduled start. After that, checkout shows that booking has closed.
If a ritual cannot go ahead
If we are unable to perform a ritual, you receive a full refund. Email support (@) hellofraands.com (or use the contact form) with your 12-digit UPI transaction number so we can find your payment, and we will refund the UPI account you paid from. See Refunds & Cancellations.
For any problem with your video, email support (@) hellofraands.com with your booking details and we will put it right.
How can I watch my puja or havan?

Why is my video late?
In the mountains, landslides, snowstorms and heavy rain can knock out the network. Our crew films the entire ritual regardless and uploads it once they are back at the studio. We let you know about the delay on WhatsApp and by email.
What if the ritual doesn't take place?
You receive a full refund. Email support (@) hellofraands.com with your 12-digit UPI transaction number and we will refund you.
